The supreme management body of the ICU. The General Assembly has a right to decide all the issues of the ICU activities.
The following is referred to the exclusive competence of the General Assembly:
- Amendments to the ICU founding documents, determination of the main ICU activities, principles of formation and use of ICU belongings;
- Establishment of permanent collegial management body, executive and audit bodies of the ICU and early termination of their authorities;
- Reorganization or liquidation of the ICU
The General Assembly is rendered to be competent if more than half of the ICU members are present. At the General Assembly decisions are taken by the open voting (one ICU member has one vote).
